"Fall In"
Sidney Siller, Department Adjutant

On March 14, 2004, at 9:45 A.M. we will be looking for you at our Leadership Academy Seminar at the Friar Tuck Inn. We think it's important for you to be with us.

Through the generosity and cooperation of Mr. Jim Massa on behalf of the Pfizer Chemical Company, General James L. Anderson (Ret.) will present his leadership theories. General Anderson's presentation is going to be the highlight of an outstanding SEC Weekend.

We are opening the Leadership Academy to all Chapter Commanders and Adjutants that wish to attend. We may even have foreign attendees from Departments like New Jersey, Massachusetts and other points south and west.

General Anderson, a graduate of West Point, following two tours in Vietnam with the 1st Cavalry later served in the office of the Chief of Staff helping to create a modern volunteer Army.

General Anderson has spent over 50 years practicing and teaching the "Art of Principled - Focused Leadership." He is a strong advocate for the philosophy that leadership is a blend of competence plus character.

We will also honor another tradition by toasting our present Department Commander Ronald D. Tears at his dinner on Saturday night.

So "Fall In" and join us at what we think will be a great SEC Meeting.
